What are your delivery charges?

Standard Shipping

AUD $13.50 or FREE if your order is over $100

NZ $15.00 or Free if your order is over $100

Express Shipping

AUD $15.50 or FREE is your order is over $200

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your parcel is despatched.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post and we endeavour to pack and send within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We cannot control the time frame in which Australia Post deliver and are not responsible for delivery time.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once you complete payment of your order, we'll send you an email order confirmation.

This email will confirm your purchased items and delivery information.

If you haven't received an email order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 48 hours but there may be a delay if you place your order on a weekend or a public holiday. Delivery times may vary depending on where you reside.

Who will deliver my order?

All orders are delivered via Australia Post’s eParcel service.

What happens if I am not at home to receive my order?

In the event that no one is available at your address to accept delivery, the courier will attempt to find a safe place to leave your order.

If the courier cannot find a safe place, a card will be left and your order held at your local Australia Post Office ready for your collection.

It is a good idea to collect your order as quickly as possible because Australia Post outlets often have time limits for holding deliveries.

What do I do if my order is missing an item or received an incorrect item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event a product was omitted from your order or an incorrect item was delivered, please immediately contact us.

What if the product was damaged in transit?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products was damaged in transit, please contact customer care.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your products within 14 days of your order date. We accept returns for change of mind, but products must be in acceptable condition, and in original packaging. Please ensure goods have not been used for any period of time. For hygiene reasons, Epi blades can’t be returned.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items? Contact us within 7 days with your order number, description, and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days once approved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
