APPLICATION FOR BEST RESULTS

As a primer - Use 1 to 2 pumps under your makeup. Massage in well.

To make a hydrating foundation - Using the black lid of the Luxe Mineral Powder jar. Dust in some Luxe Loose Powder and 1 to 2 pumps of the 100% oil primer on top and mix well. Use a brush to apply.
