3 of the best Mineral Makeup products on the market today

Not sure about anyone else but every year that passes I feel more concerned about what products I'm putting on my skin. Not only the fact that as you age, less makeup is definitely the way to go, but also if you wear it daily what the hell is in it and what's it actually doing to your skin.

Here are a few benefits of Mineral makeup but the list goes on -

• Non-comedogenic (won’t block pores)
• Safe to use post treatment, including laser, skin and injectable treatments
• Suitable for all skin types including acne-prone, rosacea and sensitive skin
• Minerals act as a natural sunblock, shielding skin against damaging ultraviolet light
• Pharmaceutical and clinical grade ingredients to treat, nourish and soothe skin
• Fragrance free
• Talc free
• Mineral oil free
• No FD & C Dyes
• Water resistant - does not crease, run or smear
• Long-wearing
• Anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial
• Minerals scatter light, giving the wearer a clear, healthy, radiant complexion

I haven't always been a hard core fan of mineral makeup makeup. In my younger years I believed it to be inferior to others on the market.

Well that was my first mistake....after trying many I found a company I love and now have 3 products I now can't live without.

-Issada Cc8 - Depending on what coverage your after they have 3 liquid foundations that are all bloody amazing. I prefer there Cc8 as its sheer to light coverage, hydrating and glowy. A velvet cream, this is medium coverage that has a powdery finish and is awesome for minimising pores. And there is also a stick. Amazing coverage, melts into your skin and gives a completely flawless finish.

- Lip and cheek cream - These are fantastic and just melt into your skin. Mango Frappe and Strawberry milkshake are my favs as they have in built highlight.

- Mineral crayons - So easy to use, last all day and the pigment is the best I've used. I'm more of a bright fan so Strut, Blaze and Bon Bon are my picks, but if I were going for a nude tone ,either reveal, skinny dip or nudie rudie are fab.

So these are my 3 favourite things. There is so much in the range that I love but if you are starting out definitely give them a try.

If you are not sure what you need, I'll help you out. Just shoot me a message online. I'd love to hear from you!
